Yes! Pet Voila proudly ships worldwide. Shipping times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 7–25 business days.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded as soon as it becomes available.
You’ll be able to find your tracking number right on our homepage under the “Track My Order” section.


4. What is your return policy?

We want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
